Do Not Disturb
Set quiet hours:
- Enable "Do Not Disturb"
- Set start and end times
- Choose which alerts bypass DND
Per-Case Settings
Override global settings for specific cases:
- High-priority cases: Always notify
- Archived cases: Minimal notifications
