Configure which case updates you receive as push notifications on your mobile device.

Control which notifications reach your mobile device to stay informed without being overwhelmed.

Accessing Notification Settings

  1. Open the Quilia app

  1. Tap your profile icon
  2. Select "Notifications"

Notification Categories

Client Messages

  • All messages
  • Urgent only
  • None (check manually)

Document Uploads

  • All new documents
  • Flagged/important only
  • None

Case Updates

  • Status changes
  • Milestone completions
  • Team mentions

System Alerts

  • Integration errors
  • Account security

Do Not Disturb

Set quiet hours:

View detailed client information and case activity
  1. Enable "Do Not Disturb"
  2. Set start and end times
  3. Choose which alerts bypass DND

Per-Case Settings

Override global settings for specific cases:

  • High-priority cases: Always notify
  • Archived cases: Minimal notifications

Syncing with Portal

Notification preferences sync with your portal account.
