Your organization profile and branding settings control how your firm is presented to clients using the Quilia app. By customizing your name, logos, and brand colors, you provide a consistent, recognizable experience that helps clients trust the communication they receive.
These settings are managed in your portal under Settings, in the Organization section.
Organization Details
The organization details represent your firm globally across the app.
- Name: The official name of your firm. This name appears in client notifications, emails, and throughout the Quilia app when referring to your office.
- Icon: A smaller image, typically square. Clients see this icon in tight spaces, such as next to chat messages or on compact screens.
- Logo: Your full firm logo. Clients see this in larger spaces, such as emails or wide headers.
Standard image formats like PNG and JPEG are recommended. Any strict size or dimension limits enforced by the system are displayed directly on the upload screen.
Organization Screen Buttons
You can match the buttons clients tap in the app to your firm brand.
- Tile Color: The background color of the tiles and buttons in the Quilia app.
- Icon Color (inside): The color of the icon displayed inside the button. Ensure this contrasts well with the Tile Color so clients can easily see it.
Location branding
If your firm operates multiple offices, you can present a localized brand to clients based on their assigned location. When location branding is active, clients assigned to that office see its specific name, logo, and colors instead of the main organization branding.
- Enable location branding: Turn this toggle on to use location-specific branding for clients at this office.
- Name: The name of the specific location.
- Inside/Outside Icon Color: Customize the icon colors to match the location brand identity.
- Icon and Logo: Upload images specific to this office, if they differ from the main firm.
