The Settings โ Features page is where firm administrators enable or disable optional modules in Quilia. Turning on a feature here often reveals new tabs or settings elsewhere in the portal.
Here is what each switch does and when it appears.
Frequently Asked Questions
Allows your firm to publish a list of common questions and answers that appear in the app for all clients. This helps clients find immediate answers to routine questions without messaging your team.

Ask a Question
Shows an Ask a Question button on your firm's page in the Quilia app. Clients use it to send your firm a single question, which your team receives by email. It is a one-way message, not live chat. It is on unless your firm turns it off.

Custom Symptoms
Enables the Symptoms tab in your firm's settings, allowing you to define exactly which symptoms and pain levels clients are prompted to report during their treatment.

Providers
Turns on the Providers section in the sidebar. This allows your firm to build a directory of preferred medical providers, making it easier to share contact and location details with clients who need treatment.

Replies in CaseChat
Allows clients and staff to reply directly to messages within CaseChat. When you turn this on, a dialog will ask if you want to apply this setting to existing cases as well as new ones.

Group Threads
Allows staff to include multiple participants, such as a client and a family member or multiple staff members, in a single conversational thread within the app.
Log Export and Per-Message Export
These settings determine how client communications are sent back to your case management system. Log Export sends a daily or weekly summary of communication, while Per-Message Export sends each message individually as it happens.
Condition: These options only appear if your firm has connected a supported case management system (CMS).
Phase Messages
Allows your firm to set up automated messages that send automatically when a case moves to a new phase (such as Treatment, Demand, or Litigation).
Condition: This setting only appears if your connected case management system supports phase tracking.

Unmapped Case Types
Determines whether cases can be imported into Quilia when their case type in your CMS does not match a mapped Quilia case type. Enabling this ensures cases still sync while you resolve the mapping.
Signup Link
Provides a direct URL that you can share with clients. When a client visits the link, they are guided to download the app and create their Quilia account for your firm.
