When your firm operates across multiple offices, mapping your case management system offices to Quilia locations ensures imported cases are assigned correctly.
A case's location determines what the client sees in the Quilia app. The location controls:
- Your firm's branding
- The physical office address shown to the client
- The contact phone number the client uses to reach your team
For more details on setting up and updating these details, see our guide on managing organization locations.
Clio
To map Clio offices to Quilia locations, open Settings → Integrations, select Manage next to Clio, and open the locations section.
You can configure rules to assign a case's location automatically during import:
- Map from: The Clio office assigned to the matter.
- Quilia location: The Quilia location the case should receive when it matches the Clio office.
- If nothing matches: The default Quilia location to assign when a case does not match any mapping rule or has no office assigned in Clio.
Neos
To map Neos offices, open Settings → Integrations, select Manage next to Neos, and locate the office settings.
Match each Neos office to the correct Quilia location. This ensures that when a case imports from Neos, it is assigned the right location based on its Neos office.
Filevine
Filevine office mapping is configured directly on your Quilia locations rather than in the integration settings.
- Open Settings → Organization and view your locations.
- Select a location to edit it, or add a new location.
- Select the correct Filevine office to link it.
When a Filevine project imports into Quilia, its assigned office in Filevine determines the Quilia location it receives.
