Why This Matters

By creating a preferred provider list, your firm gives clients a trusted starting point when seeking medical care. This not only makes the process easier for them but also ensures you receive accurate treatment records tied directly to the case. If a provider isn’t listed, clients can still add them in the app — but starting with your curated list keeps everything organized and reliable from day one.
