Oct 29, 2026•Case Management

The Treatment tab is where everything your client has told Quilia about their treatment lives in one place. Take a tour of its sections, from pain scores to medical providers.

Have your assistant do it. Ask ChatGPT or Claude instead of clicking through the steps.

Connect your assistant to Quilia once, then ask in plain words. It reads every article here and works in your firm's account, so it can build a form, look up a case or set up an automation for you to switch on.

Connect your assistant to Quilia

The Treatment tab is where everything the client has told Quilia about their treatment lives in one place, and most of it is already synced to Filevine. It is where a medical coordinator does most of their work in Quilia.

Here is a tour of its sections.

Pain scores

Clients rate their pain on a 0 to 10 scale in the Quilia app, and you can review their pain and mood over time in the Health Check-ins section. See How to Review Your Client's Pain Scores and Health Check-ins.

Symptoms

The Symptoms section tracks what the client is dealing with, such as trouble sleeping. Clients can pick from a list or add their own. See Custom Symptoms.

Injuries

The Injuries section shows the injuries the client marked on the body diagram during intake or added later, grouped by body area.

Injury photos

When a client uploads photos of their injuries, they appear in the Injury Photos section, where your team can review and download them.

Prior injuries and medical conditions

The Prior Injuries & Medical Conditions section lists any pre-existing conditions the client shared, for example diabetes or high blood pressure, which helps your team build a complete medical history.

Prescriptions and the CreoRx card

The Prescriptions section lists the client's current medications. If they use a CreoRx card, you can view the card details here. See CreoRx Prescription Cards: A Guide for Firms.

Providers

The Providers section lists every doctor or clinic the client has seen or is scheduled to see.

Providers sync both ways with Filevine: providers on the Filevine medical list show in the client's app so they can add appointments to them, and a provider the client adds in Quilia is written back to the Filevine list (when the write-back switch is on). Practical tip: to refer a client to a provider, add the provider in Filevine and it shows up for the client.

For more on how Quilia handles provider information, see Providers and Keeping Provider Information Accurate.

Appointments

The Appointments section shows upcoming and past visits the client has logged. Quilia can automatically remind them of upcoming appointments and follow up afterward. See Automatic Appointment Reminders and Follow-Ups.

Mileage

The Mileage section tracks the distance clients travel for their medical appointments. They can log their trips in the app. See Viewing and Exporting a Client's Mileage Log.

Mental check-ins

When a client logs how they are feeling today, from Very low to Great, it appears alongside their pain scores. See How to Review Your Client's Pain Scores and Health Check-ins.
