ℚ is the guide that answers your clients in the Quilia app and by text. Every conversation is saved on the client's case, and anyone on your team can read it from the case page.
Open the conversation
- Go to Cases in the portal and open the client's case.
- In the sidebar on the right, under the CaseChat button, click Open ℚ conversation. The number on the button is how many messages the conversation has.
The conversation opens in a panel beside the case. If the client hasn't talked to ℚ yet, the panel says No ℚ conversation yet.
What you'll see
- Every message, in order, with the client's name or ℚ above each one, and the time it was sent.
- SMS next to any message the client sent by text, so you can tell texts from messages typed in the app.
- Where the client was in the app, when they wrote to ℚ from a particular screen, such as their providers or their incident. Click it to open that part of the case.
- Saved on a ℚ reply that recorded something on the case, such as a rescheduled visit or a new provider. Click it to see each item ℚ saved and open where it landed.
The panel is read only. Your team can't reply to the client from here. To write to the client, use CaseChat or send a message.
What reaches your file without opening the panel
You don't have to read every conversation to keep up. What ℚ records goes straight onto the case, the same as if the client had entered it in the app. After each conversation, ℚ also writes one short note on the case that sums it up, and that note goes to your case management system like any other client note.
When a client asks about something that needs a person, such as money, fault or treatment choices, ℚ sends them to your team instead of answering, with your office's contact details on the reply.
Good to know
- Clients reach ℚ from the home screen of the Quilia app, or by texting ℚ's number from their invitation. Both land in the same conversation.
- A long conversation shows its most recent messages.
