Creating the Automation

  1. Go to Settings > Automations
  2. Click "Create Automation"
  3. Select trigger: "Settlement Offer Received"
  4. Choose notification channels (app, email, SMS)
  5. Customize the message template
  6. Set up follow-up reminders
  7. Activate the automation

Follow-Up Workflow

Configure escalation if no response:
