How attorneys and team members can respond to CaseChat messages from the mobile app.

Stay responsive to clients even when you're away from your desk using the mobile app.

Finding Messages

  1. Open the Quilia app

  1. Tap the Messages icon
  2. View unread messages at the top
  3. Tap a conversation to open it

Composing Responses

  1. Type your message in the text field
  2. Use templates for common responses
  3. Attach photos or files if needed
  4. Tap Send

Using Quick Responses

Save time with pre-set responses:

Create and send messages to your clients
  • Tap the lightning bolt icon
  • Select a quick response category
  • Choose the appropriate template
  • Edit if needed before sending

Message Priority

Some messages are marked as urgent:

  • Red badge: Requires immediate attention
  • Yellow badge: Important, respond soon
  • No badge: Standard priority

Best Practices

  • Respond to urgent messages promptly
  • Use the portal for complex conversations
  • Don't discuss sensitive case details on shared devices
  • Log out when using borrowed devices
