Creating a Bulk Message

  1. Go to Messages > Bulk Send
  2. Select client filter criteria
  3. Choose from case status, attorney, or date range
  4. Select or create your message template
  5. Preview personalized messages
  6. Schedule or send immediately

Filtering Options

  • By Case Status: Target clients at specific stages
View detailed client information and case activity
  • By Attorney: Update a specific attorney's caseload
  • By Case Type: Segment by injury type
  • By Date: Cases opened within a range
