Sending Quick Updates

  1. Open the Quilia app

  2. Tap "Quick Update"
  3. Select an update type
  4. Add optional notes
  5. Send

Update Types Available

  • Case status change
  • Document received
  • Appointment reminder
  • General update
  • Custom message

View detailed client information and case activity

Quick check-in: Just wanted to let you know your case is progressing. No action needed from you right now.

Received documents: Got your documents. Reviewing them now. Will follow up if I have questions.
