- Use @mention to notify someone
- Link to specific case by tapping "Link Case"
- Recipient gets push notification
Task Handoffs
When you need someone else to handle something:
- Open the case
- Tap "Assign Task"
- Select team member
- Add notes
- Set priority level
Viewing Team Activity
See what your team is working on:
- Case activity feed
- Recent updates by team member
- Pending tasks assigned to team
Out-of-Office
Set your availability:
- Go to Profile > Status
- Set "Out of Office"
- Select backup contact
- Urgent messages route to backup
