Starting a New Intake

  1. Open the Quilia app

  1. Tap "New Intake"
  2. Enter basic contact information
  3. Begin the intake form

Essential Information

Client Details

  • Full legal name
  • Contact information
  • Date of birth
  • Emergency contact

Accident Information

  • Date and time
  • Location
  • Type of incident
  • Brief description

Initial Injuries

  • Body areas affected
  • Initial pain level
  • Emergency treatment received

Photo Capture

Take photos during intake:

View detailed client information and case activity
  • ID and insurance cards
  • Visible injuries
  • Accident scene (if at location)
  • Vehicle damage

After the Consultation

  1. Save the intake
  2. Sync when connected to internet
  3. Full case created in portal
  4. Send client app invitation
