The Quilia Portal makes it easy to send professional messages to your clients. Here's how to compose and send messages.
Accessing Messages
From the left sidebar, click Messages to see your message history.
The Messages page shows tabs for Sent, Scheduled, Automated, and Draft messages. You can search for specific clients and sort by date.
Composing a New Message
Click the Compose button in the top right to start a new message.
Compose Screen Features
- To: Type a client name to add recipients
- Add Group: Send to multiple clients at once
- Subject: Add a clear subject line
- Rich text editor: Format your message with headers, lists, and more
- Attach Files: Add documents or images
- Variables: Insert personalized fields like client name
Message Options
Below the compose area, you'll find additional options:
- Schedule Message: Send at a specific date and time
- Repeat Message: Set up recurring messages
- Survey Prompt: Add NPS or review requests
- Template Management: Save as a reusable template
Sending Your Message
When you're ready:
- Review your message for accuracy
- Click Save to save as draft, or
- Click Send to deliver immediately
Clients will receive your message in the Quilia app and via email notification.
