Your legal team adds the dates that matter in your case, such as hearings, mediation, a parenting course or a deadline to turn in paperwork, to your Court Calendar in the Quilia app. You always have the date, the time and what you need to know in one place.
Open Your Court Calendar
Tap Case at the bottom of the screen, then tap Court Calendar (View upcoming hearings and court dates).
See the Details
Tap an event to open it. You'll see the date and time, its status, and any notes from your legal team, such as which courthouse and courtroom to go to, what to bring, or how long to plan for.
Confirm You Got It
When your legal team adds an event, tap Confirm on it so they know you've seen it. You may also see a reminder on your Home screen asking you to confirm new events.
Add It to Your Phone's Calendar
After you confirm, tap Add to Calendar. Your phone's calendar opens a new event with the title, date and time already filled in, along with the location and your legal team's notes when the event has them, so all you do is save it. The first time, your phone asks whether Quilia can use your calendar.
Now the hearing sits next to everything else on your schedule, with your phone's own alerts on top of Quilia's reminders. The event also has a link back to Quilia. Tap it to open that date in the app, with its notes and any updates from your legal team. For an online hearing, the link joins the hearing instead.
Reminders
When your legal team adds an event, Quilia lets you know. You'll also get a reminder two days before it and again two hours before it, so you're never caught off guard.
To make sure reminders reach you, keep notifications turned on for the Quilia app. See Understanding Push Notifications.
Something Wrong or Changed?
Your legal team manages the calendar, so you can't add or change events yourself. If a date or time looks wrong, or you can't make it, message your legal team right away.
