If you do not have a way to get to the doctor, physical therapy or another appointment, you can ask your law firm for a ride in the Quilia app. Your firm arranges the ride and lets you know the pickup time.
Ask at least 24 hours before your appointment, so your firm has time to book it.
Where to find Rides
Tap Transportation, then Rides. On a car accident case, Transportation is under Vehicle at the bottom of the screen.
If you do not see Rides, or it says ride requests are off, your firm has not turned them on for your case. Call your firm if you need a ride.
Requesting a ride
- On the Rides screen, tap Request a ride.
- Under Where are you going?, enter the provider or place. Add its address if you know it.
- Pick the Appointment date and time.
- Enter or check your Pickup address: where the driver should pick you up.
- Add anything the driver should know, like a walker, a wheelchair or a time for the trip home.
- Tap Send ride request.
Your request goes straight to your case team. They book the ride and contact you with the pickup time.
Seeing the rides you asked for
Every request you send stays on the Rides screen with where you are going and when.
Tap a request to see everything you sent and when you sent it.
If you have not heard from your firm within one business day, call them.
