Some law firms offer their clients a prescription card through their pharmacy partner, CreoRx. If yours does, you can ask for one right in the Quilia app, and once it is ready your card lives in the app too, so it is on your phone when you are at the pharmacy counter.
Requesting your card
- Open the Quilia app and go to Prescriptions.
- Tap Request a prescription card.
- Check your details and fix anything that is wrong.
- Tap Send request.
If you do not see the button, your law firm does not offer the card through Quilia, or you already have one.
Checking your details
Before your request is sent, the app shows your legal first name, legal last name, date of birth and the date of your injury, as your law firm has them. Please check each one against your ID, and if you have two last names, include both. Your card is issued in this name, and the details have to match for your card to show up in the app.
If something is wrong, change it right there. Anything you change is saved to your file.
If your law firm does not have your gender yet, the app asks for it, because your card cannot be activated without it. It may also ask for your home address.
What happens next
Your request goes to your law firm's pharmacy partner, and someone at your law firm reviews it. When your card is ready, CreoRx will contact you, and your card appears on your Prescriptions screen in the Quilia app.
Using your card
Open Prescriptions and show your card to the pharmacist. The screen shows the numbers the pharmacy needs, exactly as they are printed on your card, along with a help line for the pharmacist and one for you.
Prescriptions you fill with your card are added to your prescription list in the app on their own.
Questions about your card
For anything about how the card works or what it covers, contact CreoRx using the patient help line on your card, or ask your law firm.
