Case Stages Explained
Investigation
Your attorney is gathering evidence, police reports, and initial medical records. Your job: Focus on treatment and document everything.
Treatment
You're receiving medical care. This phase continues until your doctors release you. Your job: Attend all appointments and log pain levels.
Demand
Your attorney is preparing and sending a demand letter to the insurance company. Your job: Provide any final information requested.
Negotiation
Back-and-forth with the insurance company. Your job: Stay patient and respond promptly to any questions.
Resolution
