If your law firm handles your divorce, custody or other family law case with Quilia, the Case tab in the app is where you keep the details of your file in one place. Your legal team sees everything you add here, so they don't have to ask you for it again.

Tap Case at the bottom of the screen to open it.

What Each Section Is For

Assets (What you and your spouse own): the house, bank and retirement accounts, vehicles, a business and anything else of value, with whose name each one is in. See How to Add Your Assets.

Debts (What you owe, and who to): mortgages, car loans, credit cards, student loans, tax debt and other loans. See How to Add Your Debts.

Income (What you and your spouse earn): each job, business, benefit or support payment, how much it pays and how often. See How to Add Your Income.

Related People (Children, family, and others in your file): your children, your spouse or ex-spouse, and anyone else your legal team should know about. See How to Add People to Your Case.

Notes (Write down important details about your file): a dated record of what happens, in your own words. See How to Keep Notes for Your Case.

Court Calendar (View upcoming hearings and court dates): the hearings, mediation and deadlines your legal team adds. See Your Court Calendar.

Some firms also turn on Requests, for documents and forms they need from you, and See Legal Fees, to make a payment. You will only see these if your firm uses them.

Let Quilia Do the Typing

You don't have to type in every account by hand. Tap the camera button on the Case tab to upload photos or screenshots of your bank, card, loan and vehicle statements. ℚ, Quilia's digital case assistant, analyzes what you upload and offers each account, vehicle, card and loan it finds on your Assets and Debts screens, ready for you to add with a tap. Nothing is added to your lists unless you add it.

Who Can See This

Everything on your Case tab is shared only with your legal team. If someone helps you with your case, you can give them their own access. See How to Give Someone You Trust Access to Your Case.
