Pain tracking screen in Quilia app
  • How your injuries affect daily life

  • Progress or setbacks over time
  • The ongoing impact of the accident

Recording Pain in the App

  1. Open the Quilia app
  2. Tap "Log Pain" on your home screen
  3. Select your pain level (0-10 scale)
  4. Choose the body area(s) affected
  5. Add notes about activities or triggers
  6. Tap Save

What to Include in Notes

Be specific about:

  • What activities caused increased pain
  • What you couldn't do because of pain
  • How pain affected your sleep
  • Medications you took for relief

Best Practices

  • Log pain at the same time daily for consistency
  • Don't skip days - even "good days" are data
  • Be honest - don't exaggerate or minimize
  • Take photos if you have visible symptoms
