Have your assistant do it. Ask ChatGPT or Claude instead of clicking through the steps.

Connect your assistant to Quilia once, then ask in plain words. It reads every article here and works in your firm's account, so it can build a form, look up a case or set up an automation for you to switch on.

Staff need one simple answer when a client says "I can't get the app to work" or "do I have to download this?"

The answer is: no, just reply to the text messages.

Every way a client uses Quilia updates the exact same case file.

Every way a client can use Quilia

  • Text messages: Replying to Quilia's texts, or texting ℚ's number from their invitation, works like using the app. ℚ saves what they share straight to the case.
  • Web: Links Quilia sends open the app if it is installed and the website if not. On the web they can still see appointments, track providers, chat with ℚ, and check prescriptions, without downloading anything.
  • iOS and Android app: The native mobile app provides the richest experience for managing their case, uploading photos, and checking updates.

The invitation

Clients receive a text invitation at the start of the case. If they haven't joined, they get up to three invites over about three days, then stop once they join.

You can learn more about inviting clients to download the Quilia app and understanding automatic case import and auto-invite.

What to tell clients

You can use a short, copy-ready line that staff can say or text:

"You don't have to download anything. Just reply to our texts and keep us updated."

Signing in

When clients do want to use the app or the web version, they sign in using the phone number the firm has on file. There are no passwords to remember—they just enter their number to receive a secure code.

If they are having trouble getting in, refer to the Client App Login Problems guide.
