Help clients resolve login issues with the Quilia mobile app.

When clients can't log into the app, use these steps to help them get back in.

Most Common Issues

  • Forgot password or using wrong email
Client detail page in Quilia Portal
  • Case code entered incorrectly
  • App needs update
  • Network connectivity problems

Password Reset

Guide the client through:

  1. Open the Quilia app
  2. Tap "Forgot Password"
  3. Enter registered email address
  4. Check email for reset link
  5. Create new password
  6. Log in with new credentials

Case Code Issues

If the client lost their case code:

Check your settings if you encounter issues
  1. In Portal, go to the client's case
  2. Click "Resend Invite"
  3. Client receives new activation email
  4. They can now log in with the new code

App Update Required

Old app versions may have login issues:

  • iOS: Check App Store for updates
  • Android: Check Google Play for updates
  • Uninstall/reinstall if updates don't help

Still Can't Log In?

Collect this information for support:

  • Device type and OS version
  • App version number
  • Error message shown
  • Screenshot if possible
