When clients can't log into the app, use these steps to help them get back in.
Most Common Issues
- Forgot password or using wrong email
- Case code entered incorrectly
- App needs update
- Network connectivity problems
Password Reset
Guide the client through:
- Open the Quilia app
- Tap "Forgot Password"
- Enter registered email address
- Check email for reset link
- Create new password
- Log in with new credentials
Case Code Issues
If the client lost their case code:
- In Portal, go to the client's case
- Click "Resend Invite"
- Client receives new activation email
- They can now log in with the new code
App Update Required
Old app versions may have login issues:
- iOS: Check App Store for updates
- Android: Check Google Play for updates
- Uninstall/reinstall if updates don't help
