How Quilia's push notification system works and how clients can manage their preferences.

What Are Push Notifications?

Push notifications are alerts that appear on your phone when you receive new messages or updates about your case. They help you stay informed without needing to open the app constantly.

  • New messages from your legal team
  • Case status updates
  • Appointment reminders
  • Document requests
  • Action items that need your attention

Managing Your Notifications

  1. Open the Quilia app
Your attorney can send you messages through the Quilia system
  1. Tap your profile icon
  2. Select "Notification Settings"
  3. Toggle notifications on or off by type

If You're Not Receiving Notifications

Check these settings on your phone:

  • iPhone: Settings > Notifications > Quilia
  • Android: Settings > Apps > Quilia > Notifications

Make sure notifications are enabled and not in silent mode.

Do Not Disturb

You can set quiet hours when notifications won't make sounds:

  1. Go to app settings
  2. Tap "Quiet Hours"
  3. Set your preferred times

You'll still receive messages - you just won't be notified until quiet hours end.
