How to Add Family Members to Your Case

Share case access with trusted family members who help manage your recovery.

If a family member helps manage your medical care or case communications, you can give them access to your Quilia app.

Why Add Family Members

  • Spouse can help track appointments
Add emergency contact in Quilia app
  • Adult child can upload documents for elderly parent
  • Caregiver can log pain levels when you can't
  • Family member can communicate with attorney on your behalf

How to Add Someone

  1. Open the Quilia app
  2. Go to Settings > Family Access (or similar)
  3. Tap "Add Family Member"
  4. Enter their email address
  5. Choose their access level
  6. They'll receive an invitation email

Access Levels

Your attorney will respond to your messages in the app

View Only

Can see case updates and messages but cannot respond or add information.

Contributor

Can log pain levels, upload documents, and add notes on your behalf.

Full Access

Can do everything you can, including messaging your attorney.

Important Notes

  • Only add people you fully trust
  • Your attorney can see who has access
  • You can remove access at any time
  • Family members' actions are logged as coming from them
