Yes. Clients can attach photos, PDFs, and other documents directly in CaseChat. Files are automatically added to the case document folder for easy access.

Do messages sync with our CMS?

CaseChat integrates with supported CMS platforms. Message history can be synced as case notes, depending on your integration settings.

Real-time messaging with clients through CaseChat

Can multiple staff members participate in CaseChat?

Yes. Case team members with appropriate permissions can view and respond to CaseChat conversations. Clients see responses from the firm without needing to track individual staff.

What happens if a client sends a message after hours?

Messages are delivered whenever sent. You can configure auto-responses for after-hours messages to set client expectations about response times.

Can I export CaseChat history?

Yes. Go to the case, open CaseChat, and select "Export Conversation" to download a PDF or text file of the complete message history.
