How about for the very large successful firm? Like, a firm that's already pretty systematized. They're maybe running EOS or different operating system. What's kind of an advanced tip you would share? An advanced tip for the large firm. The large firms that we work with, and there's a couple, they are they're the hardest to move. And so when you have a new process or have a new system, because it's so big and so detailed, it makes it hard to impact change. And I think at a high level, there has to be a a idea of improvement that happens even at the top, and that has to trickle down throughout the team. And a a leader in a firm that wants to make everything better constantly, that's always looking for a way to do something better, well, that that same mentality will flow down through the ranks. And so at that at those bigger organizations, yeah, you can implement long lists of here's how we're gonna change this system or change that system. But without that mentality shift at the top, then it makes it a little bit trickier. So having a positive attitude towards improvement and change would make a big difference in those large firms.
