Support Page & "Nice-to-turn-on" Features

Hey, everyone. I'm Jeremiah, and I'm with Quilia. We gave our support page a complete overhaul. If you ever find yourself waiting on a response from the team, this is a great place to check in. While we're here, I wanna call out a few powerful features you might not have turned on yet. Phase messages help keep clients looped in automatically. No extra text or calls needed. To enable them, click your profile, go to settings, then hit features, and just toggle on phase messages. Once that's on, you'll see a phase messages section pop up in your left navigation panel. Click new template, select the phase, case type, and language, then just click create template. You'll get a full editor with a generate message button that writes a message for you using AI. You can attach files, YouTube videos, and images. Each message also comes with FAQs so your client understands what that phase means. If you scroll down to message options, you can turn on some client feedback tools. There's net promoter score surveys and review prompts. If you rely on reviews to grow, definitely enable this. Case chat gives you one secure place to talk to your clients right in Quilia. To turn it on, click your profile, go to settings and features again, and just toggle on case chat. Once it's active, you'll see a case chat tab appear in your left navigation panel. You can also chat through the case connect Chrome extension. It opens as a side panel while you work in your CMS, so you never have to switch tabs. If you want to reduce back and forth during intake, try setting up required documents. To do this, click your profile, go to settings, and then case types. Under each case type, you'll see a list of documents. Check off the ones you wanna mark as required documents. When a client downloads the app, they'll see a checklist for those docs. If something doesn't apply, they can just swipe and tap NA. It's a simple way to collect the right files upfront without chasing paperwork later. That's it for now. Take a second to explore these features if you haven't already. They make a big difference.
