Practice AI: Stop Making It Hard for Clients to Help

Published on August 6, 2025

When someone’s in a wreck, they’re already overwhelmed. If your system adds friction, you’re hurting your own case. Tech should make it easier for clients to contribute — not harder.

I'm an old millennial. I grew up in a world where we played outside, but it also was super techy at the early stage. And so I actually wrote a blog post fifteen years ago that says stop calling people, it's rude. Ninety nine percent of the things it means it's all about text. Right? The point being technology is an enabler of great success and it saves time. It saves effort. Most of the time with clients, they're busy. We have life. I get in a car accident especially if it's not my fault. I had things planned already. Going to appointments, doing all that other stuff that I gotta do now on top of it is a headache. It takes me out of my schedule. Not because I wanna do it, but just because I got other things to do. And so making it easy for them to share that information, making it easy for them to help the attorneys make a good case is like the name of the game. Clients are so important. We make it difficult for them currently for them to participate on their cases and we need to make it easier.
