I was doing another interview with another attorney, and that attorney offered up. He said, hey. Let me tell you about my favorite client. And he said, man, this guy, he went to every appointment, never missed appointment, called very little, but texted us often and told us what was going on, but didn't require text back. And then at the end of the case, after he got released, he showed up with a spreadsheet of every appointment that he'd ever been to, all penciled out with how much each bill was. You know, it was fantastic. He's like, I basically just printed that off and sent it into the insurance company and settled the case. Wow. That's fantastic. Right? Wouldn't it be nice if every client were that great? Then I said to him, well, that's cool, but tell me about your least favorite client. I have lots of those. They don't go to appointments. They disappear for weeks at a time. They call too little or they call too much. They are always needing help. They never have the answers on and on and on. When he was explaining his least favorite clients, you know, I remember that's a typical client lots of times that you just have to handhold a lot. And so the idea started coming around like, what could we do to make more clients like that great client and enable those great clients that already out there that maybe don't know how to make a spreadsheet or something to become really great, great clients? We started down that road that kinda paint the picture for you where we were at when we were coming up with the idea. Right. Right.
