Have your assistant do it. Ask ChatGPT or Claude instead of clicking through the steps.

Connect your assistant to Quilia once, then ask in plain words. It reads every article here and works in your firm's account, so it can build a form, look up a case or set up an automation for you to switch on.

The portal home page is the first thing you see when you log in. It gives you a quick look at what your clients have been doing across all your cases, and proof that their updates made it into Filevine.

The portal dashboard summarizes recent activity across your caseload.

The Dashboard

The dashboard gives you a high-level summary of your caseload. It aggregates recent client interactions, making it easy to spot trends or cases that need attention without having to open every file individually.

Activity Feed

The activity feed sits on the dashboard and lists the most recent client activity across all cases, with the newest activity at the top. This feed is your fastest way to see who just checked in, who sent a message, or who finished logging their treatment.

Available Views

You can filter the activity feed using different views:

  • All Activity: Everything your clients have done recently.
  • Sessions: Focuses specifically on when clients complete a full check-in session with ℚ. Use this view when you want to review structured updates rather than individual messages or small actions.

Reading an Activity Block

Each block in the feed represents one thing a client did.

An activity block showing the sync status and the team members notified

What each block shows:

  • The Filevine sync icon: A Filevine icon appears on the block when that update successfully synced to Filevine. Nearly everything clients do in Quilia syncs automatically, and this icon is your proof it arrived.
  • Emailed to: A list of the team members who were emailed about this specific activity. If someone is missing from this list, see Adding a Team Member to a Case or Managing Team Notifications.

What counts as client activity

The activity feed shows only what the client actually did. Quilia's own automated actions (like sending an invite, following up on a missed check-in, or pushing a sync) do not clutter the feed. If it is in the feed, it is because your client took action.
