Pain Scores and Health Check-ins: Reviewing a Client's Check-ins

Published on

Clients log pain scores and how they are feeling in the Quilia app, with a Physical Check-in (pain from 0 to 10, a rating for each injury, and symptoms) and a Mental Check-in (one tap, from very low to great).

In the portal, open Treatment, then Check-ins: four tiles show the latest pain, latest mood, pain trend and number of check-ins, the chart puts pain and mood on one timeline, and every check-in is listed with the client's own notes.

Your clients log their pain scores, and how they're feeling, right in the Quilia app, with two kinds of check-in. A Physical Check-in rates their pain from zero to ten, scores each injury, and notes any symptoms. A Mental Check-in is one tap: how they're feeling today, from very low to great. It all lands on the case. Open Treatment, then Check-ins. Four tiles show the latest pain, the latest mood, which way the pain is trending, and how many check-ins they've logged. The chart puts pain and mood on one timeline, so you can see both change over the case. And below it, every check-in, in the client's own words.
