Inviting a Client During Intake

The best time to get a client on Quilia is during intake, while they're with you, in the office or on the phone. Open their case and select Send Client Invitation. Pick text, email, or both, and send it. Depending on your case management system, you can also send it with an Invite to Quilia button there, or have it go out on its own as soon as the case is opened. Then stay with them. Have them tap the link and download the free app, right then. They sign in with the same phone number or email you have on file, agree to the terms, and tap Get code. Then they type the six-digit code. No password to remember. Before they go, have them do one thing in the app. Tap the camera button, and take a picture of something they brought, like the police report. Now they've seen it work, and they know just what to do with the next thing they get. And if a client can't finish today, ℚ follows up by text.
