What Happens When Clients Send Photos and Documents

Published on

Clients can take a picture of anything they get in the Quilia app, without saying what it is. Quilia reads it: from a police report, that's the report number, the other driver, their insurance and the witnesses.

Those details land on the case, and the photo goes into a Quilia folder in the firm's case management system. Clients without the app can text the photo to ℚ instead.

The easiest thing to tell a client: anything you get, just take a picture of it in Quilia. In the app, they tap the camera button and snap it. They don't even have to say what it is. Quilia reads it. From a police report, that's the report number, the other driver, their insurance and the witnesses. Those details land right on the case, and the photo itself goes into a Quilia folder in your case management system. No app? They can text the photo to ℚ instead, and it lands the same way.
