Working With a Client From Filevine: CaseConnect

How firm staff work with a Quilia client without leaving Filevine, using the CaseConnect browser extension. The panel opens beside the project with that project's client.

Staff can send a CaseChat message from the panel and add a doctor visit with Add Doctor Visit. Quilia then reminds the client before the visit and asks how it went after.

With the CaseConnect extension, you can work with a Quilia client without leaving Filevine. Open the project and click the Quilia icon. A panel opens right beside it, with that project's client. Send a CaseChat message from the panel. It reaches your client in the Quilia app, or by text if they don't have it. Need to add a visit? Tap the plus, choose Add Doctor Visit, pick the provider and the time, and save. Quilia takes it from there. It reminds the client before the visit and asks how it went after, and everything you add shows on the case in Quilia too.
