Automatic Appointment Reminders and Follow-Ups

Published on

Add an appointment once and Quilia handles the reminders and the follow-up. Staff add it on the case's Treatment tab, and the client is notified and can add it to their phone's calendar.

Quilia reminds the client two days before and two hours before, then asks an hour after how the visit went: attended, missed, rescheduled or released from treatment. The answer shows on the case right away.

Add an appointment once, and Quilia handles the reminders and the follow-up. On the case's Treatment tab, select Add Appointment. Pick the date, the time and the provider, and create it. Your client gets a notification, and can add the visit to their phone's calendar. Two days before, Quilia reminds them. Two hours before, it checks that they're all set, with directions one tap away. An hour after the visit, it asks how it went. They tap attended, missed, rescheduled or released from treatment, and can add their next appointment right there. Their answer shows on the case right away, so your team knows how the visit went without making a call.
