Claim Your Practice's Listing and Keep It Current

Oct 27, 2026•Getting Started

Your practice is already on the Quilia directory because a law firm or its client listed you on a case. Claim the listing for free, fix your hours and phone, add your other offices, and invite your staff.

Law firms use the Quilia directory to find providers who treat personal injury patients. Your practice is probably already listed: a law firm or its client recorded you on a case, or we found you in the public NPI registry. Claiming the listing lets you correct anything out of date and track your personal injury cases in one place. It's free, now and later. There's no contract, no subscription and no fee on patients.

Step 1: Claim your listing

  1. Find your practice on directory.quilia.com and open its page.
  2. Click Claim this profile.
  3. Choose your practice's phone number and click Send me a verification code. Quilia texts a 6-digit code to that number.
  4. Enter the code and click Verify and claim.

If none of the listed numbers is yours, or the code never arrives, choose None of these numbers is mine or Can't get the code? and send proof instead: your state professional license, a government ID, or a document that shows you work at the practice. Someone at Quilia reviews it, usually within a business day.

A claimed listing carries a Claimed badge, ranks first in search, and shows firms that you keep your own details current.

Step 2: Check your details

After you claim, open your listing from the Dashboard. Anything missing is marked Missing.

The listing editor's Locations section with address, phone, website and hours
  • Address, phone and time zone for each office.
  • Website. Your listing links to it, which helps firms and patients find you.
  • Hours. Set the open and close time for each day. A day with no hours shows as closed.

Changes save as you make them, and a Saved. notice confirms each one.

The Practice section with specialty, general email, and switches for accepting new patients, accepting liens and visitor messages

Under Practice:

  • Specialty and a General email.
  • Accepting new patients and Accepts liens (letters of protection). Attorneys see both on your listing, and they're among the first things a firm checks before sending a client.
  • Let visitors message you through Quilia. Visitors can message you from your listing, and your email address is never shown. Their messages arrive under Messages, which shows up in your menu once messaging is on.
  • NPI. Required for medical providers, and checked against the federal NPI registry.

Step 3: Add your other offices

On your dashboard, click Add location under Practice. Each office gets its own listing and its own card on the dashboard, with its own address, phone, hours and page, so patients and firms near it can find it.

If your practice already appears twice (an old name, or a second listing for the same address), don't create another one. Contact us below and we'll merge them, so firms see one listing and its patients land on yours.

Step 4: Invite your staff

Under Team, enter a coworker's email, choose Staff or Admin, and click Send invite. Staff can work patients, firms and the listing. Admins can also invite and remove people.

Next: bring your patient list

Once your listing is claimed, import your patient list to track every personal injury case in one place: the bill, each payment, follow-ups and which firm has the case. If a law firm on Quilia has already linked patients to your practice, they wait on your Cases page for you to confirm.
