Lost Wages, Logged and Verified: Missed Work and Verification Letters in Quilia

Published on

Lost wages usually get rebuilt from memory right before the demand. Here's the other way: a personal injury client logs each missed shift in the Quilia app, with the date, the hours and why, and every entry goes straight to the firm's case file.

From that log, the client taps Generate Letter for an employer wage loss verification already filled in with every missed shift, plus a work restrictions verification for their doctor. They get both signed and upload them back, so the hours are logged and verified before the demand. Clients who would rather not open the app can text a missed shift to ℚ instead.

Lost wages usually get rebuilt from memory, right before the demand. Here's the other way. Every time this client misses a shift, they log the date and hours in the Quilia app, and it goes straight to your file. Then the log does the paperwork. They tap Generate Letter and get an employer verification, already filled in with every missed shift, plus one for their doctor. They get them signed and upload them back. So by the time you're writing the demand, the hours are logged and verified. Most clients won't do this on their own. They don't know it matters. So remind them to log every shift they miss. And if they'd rather not open the app, they can just text it to ℚ.
