Step 1: Open Report Builder in Filevine

Navigate to Report Builder in your Filevine interface.

Choose Marketing List as the report type.

  • Remove unnecessary fields like Address One.
  • Add the following fields:
    • Company Name
    • Address 1 Line 1
    • Address 1 Line 2
    • Address 1 City
    • Address 1 State
    • Address 1 ZIP Code

  • Add a filter for Contact Type: A Contact Type.
  • Set the filter to Medical Provider.
