Connecting Clio to Quilia enables automatic case syncing, document sharing, and streamlined workflows between your practice management system and client communication platform.
Prerequisites
- Active Clio account with admin access

- Quilia Portal account with admin permissions
- Cases you want to sync already created in Clio
Connection Steps
- Log into the Quilia Portal
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations
- Find Clio in the integration list and click "Connect"
- You'll be redirected to Clio to authorize the connection
- Review the permissions and click "Allow"
- You'll be redirected back to Quilia with confirmation

Initial Import
After connecting, you can import existing cases from Clio. Go to Cases > Import and select the matters you want to bring into Quilia.
Troubleshooting
- Connection failed: Ensure you have admin access in Clio
- Cases not showing: Check that matters are marked as "Personal Injury" in Clio
- Sync delays: Data typically syncs within 5 minutes
