I tell people all the time, I am neck deep in AI. I know what it is. I'm thinking about it always. But at the end of the day, humans like humans. We are never gonna love talking to a computer. Like, customer service that is on a computer, it just doesn't feel natural. We wanna talk to humans. So no matter what AI you implement, you need to be preserving the human element. At the end of the day, that's what makes one firm different than another, is the people that are behind it. However great technology is, it should not take away from that human connection.
