The Quilia Case Connect extension brings Quilia functionality directly into your browser while you work in MyCase, Clio, Filevine, and other supported case management systems.
What is Case Connect?
Case Connect is a browser extension that lets you:
- Import existing cases directly from your CMS into Quilia
- Quickly view client activity without leaving your CMS
- Access Quilia features right from your case pages
- Stay connected to your clients while working in your preferred tools
Installation
Chrome / Chromium Browsers
- Visit the Chrome Web Store
- Click Add to Chrome
- Confirm the installation when prompted
- The Quilia icon will appear in your browser toolbar
Firefox
- Visit the Firefox Add-ons page
- Click Add to Firefox
- Confirm the installation
- The Quilia icon will appear in your browser toolbar
Getting Started
Sign In
After installation, click the Quilia icon in your browser toolbar to open the extension popup. Sign in with your Quilia credentials (the same ones you use for the portal).

Connecting to Your CMS
The extension automatically detects when you're viewing a case in a supported CMS. Once signed in:
- Navigate to a case page in your CMS
- The extension recognizes the case and links it to Quilia
- You'll see client activity and quick actions available
Using the Extension
Viewing All Cases
The extension shows all your Quilia cases with recent activity summaries. You can search by name, case type, or case ID to quickly find what you need.

Viewing Client Activity
Click on any case to see the detailed activity feed. You can see:
- Recent pain scores and injury updates
- New documents uploaded (with thumbnails)
- Appointments logged
- Profile changes and communications

Importing Existing Cases
One of the most powerful features of Case Connect is the ability to import existing cases directly from your CMS. This is especially useful when you first connect Quilia and need to bring in your current caseload.
The easiest way - Import button in CMS:
When you have the extension installed and you're viewing a case in your case management system, you'll see an "Import Existing Case" button in the top right corner of the page. Just click it to import the case instantly.
Alternative - Import from the extension panel:
- Navigate to the case page in your CMS (MyCase, Clio, etc.)
- Click the Quilia extension icon in your toolbar
- If the case isn't already in Quilia, you'll see an Import button
- Click Import to bring the case into Quilia
- The client will automatically receive an invitation to download the app (if auto-invite is enabled)
This is the fastest way to onboard existing clients - simply browse through your cases and import them one by one as you work. No need to switch to the Quilia portal or copy/paste case URLs.
Tip: Work through your active cases during your regular workflow. When you open a case in your CMS, take a moment to import it to Quilia if needed.

Tips for Best Results
Pin the Extension
For easy access, pin the Quilia extension to your toolbar:
- Click the puzzle piece icon in Chrome
- Find "Quilia - CaseConnect"
- Click the pin icon
Stay Signed In
The extension remembers your session, so you don't need to sign in repeatedly. If you're signed out, simply click the icon and sign back in.
Privacy & Security
- The extension only activates on supported CMS websites
- Your credentials are stored securely in your browser
- No data is collected from pages you visit outside of supported CMS sites
- All communication is encrypted
Troubleshooting
Extension Not Showing Client Data
- Verify you're signed into the extension
- Check that the case exists in Quilia (it may need to be imported first)
- Refresh the page and try again
Can't Sign In
- Verify your Quilia credentials work in the portal
- Clear the extension data and try again
- Contact support if issues persist
