Importing Existing Clients from Neos

You can import client cases from Neos into Quilia using just a Case ID. Follow the steps to ensure your clients' information is accurately synced, including logging in, entering the Case ID, verifying details, completing the import, and sending an invitation if needed.

You can quickly bring client cases from Neos into Quilia with just a Case ID. Importing ensures your clients’ information is synced and ready to use in the app, keeping your records accurate and complete.

Step 1: Log in to Quilia

Navigate to the Import Existing Clients button and click it.

Step 2: Enter a Case ID

  • A prompt will appear asking for a Case ID.
  • In Neos, locate the Case ID (you can find it in multiple places).
  • Copy the Case ID you want to import.

Step 3: Paste the Case ID in Quilia

Return to Quilia and paste the copied Case ID into the prompt.

Step 4: Verify Case Details

  • Check that the correct case appears (for example: MVA for Dixie Fidel).
  • Confirm the assigned staff if applicable.

Step 5: Complete the Import

  • Click Import.
  • Wait for the success message: Client case imported successfully.

Step 6: Verify the Import

  • Go to the Clients section in Quilia.
  • Locate the newly imported client case (for example: Dixie Fidel).
  • Confirm that the case is now visible in Quilia.

Step 7: Send an Invitation (if required)

  • If automatic invites are turned off, you will need to send the invite manually.
  • Click Send Downloaded Invite (the status will show as Pending until sent).
  • Once sent, the client will receive their invite to join Quilia.
