CreoRx Pharmacy Lien Integration
The client’s CreoRx card, in the app they already use for their case.
CreoRx works with personal injury attorneys to offer medication on lien at 67,000+ pharmacies nationwide with no upfront cost to the client. Quilia connects to CreoRx so a firm can send a client to CreoRx from the case, and the client sees their pharmacy benefit card in the Quilia app.
One less thing for your client to keep track of
CreoRx issues the card, activates it within 30 minutes, and handles billing, lien documentation and reduction requests through settlement. Quilia shows the card where the client already goes for their case, so it is on their phone when they are standing at the pharmacy counter.
The card in the app
Once CreoRx activates a client’s card, it appears on the Prescriptions screen in the Quilia app, exactly as CreoRx issued it, with when it was last updated.
Send to CreoRx from the case
Firm staff can send a client to CreoRx from the case in Quilia. The firm’s case manager sets the client’s spend limit and acknowledges the lien agreement, and CreoRx activates the card, typically within 30 minutes.
Client requests, if the firm allows
A firm can let its clients ask for a card from the Quilia app. The firm’s case manager acknowledges the request before CreoRx activates the card.
Filled prescriptions on the record
Prescriptions filled on the card appear in the client’s prescription list: the date filled, the medication and the dose.
Getting set up
Your firm signs up with CreoRx directly at www.creorx.com: click Law Firm Login, then Create your account. Once CreoRx has set your firm up, turn on Prescriptions in Quilia under Settings, Features, and Quilia completes the connection. Using CreoRx is always optional for your firm and your clients.
