This update is all about making personal injury case management smoother, faster, and more insightful. From tracking client recovery with a new pain score chart to syncing case phases directly from Neos, Every improvement is designed to save time and keep your cases moving forward. Clients can now log their daily pain levels in the Quilia app, creating a clear timeline of their recovery. You'll see pain trends over time and connect them to treatment milestones. The benefit here is that attorneys get accurate time stamped pain data without extra check ins, which means stronger narratives and more persuasive settlements. To see the new pain score chart, all you have to do is head into the Quilia app, into the treatment tab, click on pain tracking, and now you'll see the new pain score chart. Clients can also upload photos of witnesses or other drivers directly into the app. All visuals are stored in one organized place, instantly available for negotiations or litigation prep. To go ahead and access this, head into the Quilia app. Click on the incident tab. Click on incident summary. Scroll all the way down, and click on whatever witness or other driver you want to edit the contact photo for. Click upload. Click the gallery. Select the photo that you would like. Just go ahead and click update. As you can see, it's easy as that. We've added a few other updates to help your team. Automated text message reminders now nudge clients who haven't set up the app yet, boosting adoption without manual follow-up. Neos phase changes now sync automatically into Quilia, keeping both systems aligned in real time. Plus, case pages load faster in the portal, client activity digests are more reliable, and provider searches in the Quilia app are quicker. Next, we're working on features like custom dashboards, appointment reminders, AI powered summaries in your digests, and more reliable notifications. These will give you even deeper insight into your caseload and keep clients engaged. We also want to remind you about the Quilia partner program. If you know another firm that could benefit from Quilia, you can earn commission for every referral. Right now, partners receive 20% of the subscription in the first year.
