Hi, everyone. This is Jeremiah from Quilia. Here's a quick walkthrough of our latest Quilia portal update, live as of July 13, 2025. We focused this release on making the experience more user friendly, more flexible, and more powerful across the board. Let's start with something a lot of you have asked for, client activity email digests. You can now receive a daily or weekly summary of all messages, form submissions, document uploads, and appointment activity from your assigned clients. To manage this, just visit the new section of your account settings page. From there, you can turn digests on or off, pick your preferred frequency, and tailor notifications to your workflow. Make sure to click save preferences before you exit the page. Next, we've updated the portal's mobile experience. We've made major improvements to responsiveness, navigation, and touch controls, all designed to make Quilia more user friendly than ever on smartphones and tablets. Whether you're working from the office or between hearings, Quilia now fits better into your day. You can quickly check client activity from the activity tab or catch up on communication using the messages tab. From there, you can reply to clients or even schedule messages all on the go. This release also brings full Smokeball support to the Quilia portal. We now offer real time two way syncing between Quilia and Smokeball, including automatic case and client creation, real time phase status updates, document uploads pushed into Smokeball, and full client activity syncing. If you or your firm know someone that uses Smokeball, Quilia is now fully equipped to support their workflow. We've also made several smaller improvements based on your feedback. Case imports and client invitations are now more reliable. You can manage multiple open cases under a single client. Neo's users will see cleaner case type displays, and organization level settings are now more powerful for larger or multi location firms. That's everything in this release. As always, thank you for choosing Quilia. If you have any questions or want help turning on any of these new features, we're always happy to assist.
