What is Nerve Damage?

Injury to peripheral nerves causing pain, numbness, tingling, weakness, or loss of function in the affected area.

Understanding Nerve Damage

Nerve damage can result from trauma, compression, or stretching. Symptoms depend on the type of nerve affected: sensory (numbness/pain), motor (weakness), or autonomic (organ function). Some nerve injuries heal while others cause permanent damage.
