E-Signatures, Built Into the Client Experience

You know the drill. You send a document for signature. The email gets buried. The client doesn't see it. You follow up. They say they never got it. You resend. Repeat.

That cycle ends now.

Introducing Quilia Ink

Quilia Ink is our built-in e-signature tool, designed specifically for personal injury law firms. No third-party integrations. No extra logins. No chasing clients through email.

Signatures happen inside the same Quilia app your clients already use for everything else on their case. They get a push notification, open the app, sign, and submit. Done.

How It Works

From the attorney's side, the process takes about two minutes:

  1. Upload any document to the Quilia portal
  2. Drop in signature fields, text fields, dates, or whatever you need
  3. Click send and choose the client
  4. The client gets a push notification and a text message
  5. They open the app, see the document, tap to sign, and submit
  6. You get an email notification and the signed document flows into your case management system automatically

Why It's Better Than DocuSign

Traditional e-signature tools force clients to scroll through a document hunting for tiny signature boxes. It's confusing, especially on a phone.

Quilia Ink takes a different approach. We extract the form fields into a clean, simple form. Clients tap a section of the document, fill out the fields for that page (including signatures), and hit save. The document gets filled in automatically. No hunting. No confusion.

What the client sees: a clean view of the document with easy-to-find form fields.

And because it lives inside the app they already use for case updates, appointment reminders, and medical records, there's no friction. They don't need to learn something new or check their email.

What Firms Are Saying

"We started using Quilia Ink for intake documents and retainer agreements. Clients sign within minutes of getting the notification. We used to wait days." — Ashley, Legal Coordinator at a PI firm in Las Vegas
