Welcome to Quilia: Your Personal Injury Case Companion

Hey. What's up? I'm Kenny, CEO of Quilia. We're super excited that your law firm has decided to use Quilia to help manage your case. I just wanna take a brief minute to let you know what we are and what we aren't so that you know how to get the best out of Quilia. Here on the home page, you'll see that this is where you come and put all of the information related to what's going on on your side of the case. It's your way to communicate the fine details of how it's impacting your life, your appointments, your pain, your treatment, your car damages, all of that. And then we feed it back to your attorney for you. So you don't have to do the messaging. You don't have to do all the sharing of the things that you put into the app. We send that automatically back to your attorney for you. So I'll just show you around real quick, show you a few different parts so that you know exactly what to click Up in the top left corner, you'll see a logo. That's your law firm's logo, this has your law firm's contact information. And as you scroll down, you'll see any assigned contacts inside the law firm that you can communicate with. Clicking on any of these buttons takes you to their normal method of communication, not through the app. In the top right, you'll have your user profile. You'll be able to see your name, address, phone number, all the information related to who you are. Make sure that's up to date so that your attorney knows how to contact you. You also have the option under the gear in the top right corner here to change the language of the app if you need it in a different language. The app is available in multiple languages as well. On the home page here, you'll see that there are different tasks assigned to you as you go throughout the case. This is the home base. These are the things that you should be working on. If there's nothing here, then you're good to go. But you should come back here regularly and make sure everything's updated. If you ever wanna check out the other tabs, across the bottom, we first have the treatment tab, all kinds of information about different parts of your treatment and what's going on there. We have our journal tab, we call it our daily record, where you'll be able to see and put down information related to how the case is impacting your day to day life. We have the property damage tab, and we have the wage loss tab. Anything you put in here will be fed back to your attorney automatically, and you don't have to do anything else. Just put the information in, and it'll go right to their case management software. One final point. Your attorney can't argue for things that they don't know about. So add everything to Quilia. Put it all in here. There's no limit to the amount of information you can put into the app, and everything you put in will help improve the outcome of your case. So that's Quilia.
