Let's start with the enhanced reporting dashboard. This upgraded dashboard gives you a clear view of case performance at a glance. You'll see monthly trend charts that make it easy to track activity over time, manager level filters to drill into team performance, and dynamic visualizations that help you spot trends quickly. This means less time digging through spreadsheets and more time focusing on your clients. You can find the new dashboard by logging into the portal and scrolling to the bottom of the page. Next, we've improved our automated text message follow ups to make client onboarding smoother. When clients don't complete their intake steps after the initial invite, Quilia now automatically sends them a friendly reminder. This helps boost adoption rates from day one, keeps your caseload moving forward, and reduces the time your team spends on manual follow-ups. We've also added intelligent language detection to better support multilingual clients. The system now automatically detects the language used in intake forms so you can communicate clearly from the very first interaction. That means your clients get a personalized experience without any extra setup from your team. A few other enhancements you'll notice. Required documents are now requested documents for a friendlier client first tone. We have improved Smokeball syncing from our reliable data flow and optimized the portal for faster, smoother performance overall.
