Quilia’s newest feature, Requests, gives your firm a faster way to collect accurate client info without chasing emails or paper forms. You can build your own digital questionnaires, injury check-ins, discovery responses, TBI forms, or anything else your workflow needs.

Create a template once, send it instantly, and your client gets a push notification right on their phone. They fill it out, upload files, and their responses sync straight into the Quilia portal and your case management system.

It cuts out the back-and-forth, speeds up turnaround times, and keeps clients more engaged throughout their case. Templates can be reused, updated, and organized for future matters. Coming soon, clients will be able to sign documents directly in-app with secure digital signatures.

Think of it like creating your own digital forms. Whether you need a TBI questionnaire, an injury check-in, or even interrogatories and discovery requests, you can now build it once and send it instantly. Here's how it works. Inside the portal, go to the request section and create a new template. You can add text boxes, multiple choice options, or even file uploads, whatever fits your workflow. Once you publish it, your client gets a push notification on their phone. They fill it out, upload any files, and you'll see their responses appear right under the request tab and synced back to your case management system. This makes it easier than ever to collect accurate information in real-time without chasing emails or paper forms. It also keeps your clients more engaged throughout the case since they can respond right from their mobile app. A few quick highlights to keep in mind. You can edit and reuse templates for future cases, notifications ensure faster turnaround times on client submissions, everything syncs instantly back into the portal and your case management system so your team always stays organized.
